The growth of social media will continue to dramatically alter the PR landscape. PR professionals and organisations across all sectors need to change the way they think in order to make digital work for them.

This shift in how audiences interact with organisations and each other opens up huge opportunities. But there is also serious potential for sometimes share-plummeting cock-ups. As we’ve met with many of you this year, it became clear that this field of expertise was one in which many felt that some training could be very beneficial.

In light of this, we have arranged for two leading figures from the UK digital scene to present a two-part training course on this very topic at the end of September/early October. The course will be split between a contextual/strategic first session, and a tactical second session, both lasting an hour. The dates and times for these sessions are below – so be sure to save the date:

Session 1: Setting the digital scene – Tuesday 27th Sep @ 10am

Session 2: The nuts and bolts of running a social media campaign – Tuesday 4th October @ 10am

Solid social media know-how is proving to be very highly regarded among our new and prospective clients. There are noticeably more opportunities for those skilled in this field of expertise, so we do hope you can join us.

Look out for further information and costs for this two-part session on Monday, both here and in your inbox.

Finally, help us understand what further training courses are of interest by filling out our very short (one question) survey – http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Q552CPN.

Thanks,

Russell
